Ron Evans
Principal
Ron has over 30 years of professional and business experience, primarily in receivership, restructuring and business management. This includes 15 years with major international accounting firms, and six years as a partner in a Vancouver-based insolvency and restructuring practice. Ron's professional experience includes viability assessments, forensic accounting and due diligence, business startups and mergers and acquisitions. Between 2004-2014 Ron's focus was primarily the resource sector and related service industries, including oil and gas, water, residential and industrial accommodations, and electric power generation.
Ron currently provides financial, management and governance services to several clients, including clients in the real estate, aquaculture and mining sectors.
Ron is a member of the Turnaround Management Association (Toronto Chapter), and the Institute of Corporate Directors (Canada).
Sean Wilton

Sean has been involved in many aspects of the environmental engineering, construction and aquaculture industries for over 17 years. His engineering experience encompasses a multitude of designs, from complex municipal water systems to the most advanced fish hatchery systems in the world and the largest cold-water fish hatchery in North America. Sean has also project managed multiple projects, and undertaken several medium sized residential real estate developments. Sean is an aerospace engineering graduate from the Canadian Forces School and holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the Royal Military College of Kingston.
Sean provides technical, business management and governance service to various clients in different sectors including real estate and aquaculture.
Sean is the principal of an engineering consultancy firm.
George Gluszak

George has over 30 years in the oil and gas industry in North America. His proactive, hands on approach has served him well in both technical and managerial positions, including project management from hiring and overseeing exploration crews, to evaluating drilling results and planning further development accordingly. His expertise includes all aspects of geophysical analysis, as well as a thorough knowledge of technical and operational matters. Since 2004 George's focus has expanded to include water, residential and industrial accommodations, and electric power generation. George holds a B. Sc in Physics from the University of Lethbridge.
George is the principal of an oil and gas consultancy firm.
