INDUSTRIES

REAL ESTATE AND ACCOMMODATIONS

We've established and managed affiliates that provided remote accommodations to the resource sector, and have managed the operations and reorganization of motels and hotels in receivership.  We've also undertaken (through affiliates) several modest residential developments.

Currently we're supporting initiatives of affiliates to undertake residential projects on the east coast of Vancouver Island, and in the Edmonton area.  We're also supporting an affiliate in establishing a Commercial Property Investment Fund in Western Canada.
WATER

We work through several strategic partnerships to deliver small and large-scale water treatment and wastewater treatment solutions - whether for a small subdivision, a resort, or a municipal client.  We will also work with long-term customers to produce and supply bottled water to domestic and export markets.

Our affiliates have developed a low energy-high efficiency water desalination technology, and are working with South East Asian facilitators to set up pilot operations in areas where inland water sources are limited, but sea water is plentiful.

AQUACULTURE AND AQUAPONICS

We are affiliated with an international technology developer and operator of fish farms, and have collaborated in the development of a "micro farm" model incorporating 50 - 250 MT per year fish farm operation, and 36,000 - 72,000 square feet of greenhouse for growing and harvesting produce.

A project based in Nanaimo, BC is currently being facilitated.

OIL AND GAS

Our affiliates own and manage several independent oil and gas companies formed to acquire, explore and develop bitumen, crude oil, and natural gas resources.

We are currently developing plans and facilitating funding and startup of a SAGD oil project in Northern Alberta, and a shale oil project in North Dakota's Williston Basin.

RENEWABLE ENERGY

Our team has been involved in initiatives to produce and sell "green" energy since 2010, with an initial focus on community-based projects utilizing abundant (and clean) natural gas.

In the last several years there has been a growing emphasis on renewable energy projects involving biomass, wind and solar, and also increased interest in developing viable power supply from technologies fueled by hydrogen.

The team is currently working with an affiliate to design and implement several power facilities utilizing biomass, and is supporting efforts to develop a 100+ MW wind project in Canada.
