From concept, planning and financing, to implementation and operation, we are usually an integral member of the founder" group, whether developing projects internally, or joining and collaborating with others to develop their visions.
Business Agreements
We've collectively had considerable experience in negotiation and documentation of joint ventures, facilitation and participation agreement, term sheets, letters of intent, memorandums of understanding, and other business agreements and arrangements.
This is typically a key mandate we assume when we initiate, or agree to participate in a business or project.
Business Planning
Our team is central to the planning activities of any business or project we associate with. Actually developing the "plan" is the first step. The detailed research, analysis, "brainstorming", and debate that generates an actual plan, i.e. where are we now, where do we want to go, and how will we get there.
The plan will necessarily include all material strategic, tactical, financial and logistical components that a project or business will rely on for a successful outcome.
Once a plan has evolved, we document it, and produce all financial modelling to support the narrative.
Naturally feasibility and viability assessments involve many of the same processes and disciplines involved in the business planning process.
Financing
Sourcing funding to suit the nature of our projects and businesses over the years has brought us in contact with a wide range of investors and financiers.
Their respective requirements and appetites for industry sectors, project scale etc vary, as do the terms.
Project and Operations Management
We assume Project and Business Management roles in startup situations, business integration, restructuring, expansion and ongoing operations.
Business Management and Administration
The roles we assume in organizations we associate with include governance, operational management, financial management, and associated financial reporting and compliance.
